| First xangaing in about 9 months.....pretty slow day at work. my stomach is still in recovery from a taco bell induced explosion that started yesterday. it snowed about 1/2 an inch in nashville last night, and my overly-southern roommate declared that there were "blizzard conditions" on his drive home, silly southerners can't handle anything. how about dem stillers?! here we go! | | |
| ahhh yes.....ahh, yesssss.....imagine that in a japanese accent, yeah probably only jessie will understand, but that's cool yo! just got back from a wonderful dinner with miss foster :) went to the macaroni grill to do a little celebratin'! jessie is done with finals, i accepted a job today (whoa! about to enter the real world!!) and tomorrow is 1 and half years for me and jessie! woot!! :) soooo great! it really hasn't hit me yet that i am just about done with college....the fact that i have 4 more finals probably has something to do with that, but alas the end is near. i am really excited about my job though....it is going to be incredibly interesting, great experience for me, and of course the best part is that i'll be staying in nashville for at least a few more years and i'll be working just a block away from where jessie will be living!!! nice how that worked out ;) i kind of feel like fred savage on "the wonder years" reflecting back on growing up....but i still have another month before entering the adult world of working and paying rent, so i am going to enjoy the crap out of May! i can't wait to go to the beach next week with jessie and all of the bcm crowd. for now we are about to watch "sweet home alabama"....yeah i love a good chic-flic every now and then....the description on the back of the movie starts of as "This delightfully entertaining romantic comedy...." ask for a chic-flic and that is what i'll get! but as long as i'm watching it with jessie it will be great fun! :) alright that's about it for now, maybe i'll update in a few days when finals are over. peace out. | | |
| Wow! Only 4 more days of class in college! "Your mom goes to college" Also exciting, big interview with AFLAC tomorrow! that's right, AFLAC! its just fun to say isn't it? AFLAC! everybody loves that duck. i've been real lazy the past week or so, well not really lazy, just haven't had much school work to do. its nice. real nice. AFLAC! i've had lots of time to play frisbee with dustin and steve-O, talk and hang out with harris, and best of all to spend some quality time with Jessie! yeah she's pretty much the most awesome girl i know! she baked me a cake yesterday and it was soooo good :) AFLAC! (really fun to say). just about 2 weeks until beach trip, SWEET! and 3 weeks until graduation, awesome! oh wait, i still don't know what i'll be doing after graduation...hmm...well thats ok....this has been a major lesson in patience and having faith...my new favorite habit is quoting lines by Kip from napoleon dynamite, "that's what i'm talking about"....well i actually need to do some homework tonight, "i'm getting really T-Oed"...and then prepare for my interview tomorrow. | well since my adoring public has been waiting for a new post, i guess it is time to give the people what they want.....
monday april 4th, what a great day, opening day for the pirates! i know what everyone out there is thinking, (or maybe just the 3 of you who read this) the pirates are really bad so who cares? well i do alright! so i'm going to follow every game i can online because i'm a big baseball dork like that.
in other news: just about done with my ASB duties, kind of sad, but maybe i'll have a littel free time now to do fun stuff like catch up on all of that geology homework i haven't done all semester! this weekend was a little sub-par, mostly because i spent most of my time reading a thrilling book for an archaeology research paper....ok so really i spent most of my time falling asleep while trying to read this book. jessie's mom was in town this weekend, aren't those Foster ladies great? yeah they are! i'd like to send out some e-props to mrs. foster for baking great brownies and providing me with some good eating this weekend!
still no job for this summer....anybody want to hire me? i used to be a professional lawn-care expert, well kind of....so yeah, i need employment....or just money, cut out the work, just give me money, that would work fine for me. ok that is all. oh, i am still dominating Debo's name that tune contest, yeah that is probably my best talent in life. oh and i would like to expand my interests to include not just jessie foster but also any and all cooking done by her or her mom! good night | | |
| FRIDAY! WOOT!!! Fun weekend ahead....tonight, ADPi Vegas party with Jessie! tomorrow, Keith Urban concert, also with Jessie ;) It is so nice to be done with ASB stuff and only have a few more weeks of classes, can't wait for the beach trip after finals! time to go finish my laundry then get ready for the party tonight....i wonder if anybody will actually read this? hmm...oh well | | |
